Student Council works to promote leadership qualities in students and citizenship in our school. The student council body learns about procedures used in government, such as conducting business meetings, and holding elections.    

To become a member, each class elects two representatives at the beginning of the year. The student council body meets monthly after school until 3:30.  Students are picked up at the back entrance of the school at dismissal, or sent to After School.

Student council sponsors Parfait for Parents and community service projects. Service projects include collecting items for WeCare and making cards for the nursing home. They have sponsored a school-wide character/kindness challenge and  a school-wide talent show is usually held in the spring hosted by the student council.
